Meet Dr. Kaitlyn

My name is Kaitlyn Kakar, and I’m so glad you are here! This is a picture of my daughters, Shea & Ella, and husband, Drake.

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 10 years of clinical experience, I want to help you navigate motherhood. There is a lack of education, guidance, support and resources for women during this period of their lives. I want to be all of this and more for YOU.

My goal is to empower you with the knowledge you need to thrive during this time of your life. I want to give you the resources and support to not just survive motherhood, but thrive! I can’t wait to help you become a Thriving Momma!
